Langhe Riesling is the first white in the history of Ca’ Viola, a new project in Alta Langa. This corner behind the Barolo area offers unique soil and elevation characteristics capable of best expressing themselves through white wines, especially those such as Rhine Riesling, a grape variety that reaches its highest expressions in cool climates and mineral soils. A wine for very long aging, fascinating in the many facets of its evolution.
